Paul Bradley Segebarth, M.D.
Dr. Segebarth received a Bachelor of Art degree in Biotechnology from the University of Kentucky in 1998 and entered the UK College of Medicine that same year, earning his Doctor of Medicine and graduating first in his class in 2002. He continued his medical training at Vanderbilt University Medicine, where he completed a general surgery internship and a residency in orthopaedic surgery. His fellowship training in spine surgery was at the OrthoCarolina Spine Center in Charlotte.
Dr. Segebarth is a member of the Tennessee and North Carolina medical associations, the Vanderbilt Orthopaedic Society, Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society and AO Spine North America. His professional interestsinclude motion sparing technology in spine surgery, cervical myelopathy, cervical and lumbar degenerative conditions, trauma, and clinical outcomes research.
Dr. Segebarth and his wife, a pediatric nurse practitioner at East Tennessee Children’s Hospital, are very happy to be living in Knoxville. They are expecting their first child. Dr. Segebarth enjoys team sports and the outdoors, and he goes hiking and kayaking in his spare time.
