COVID-19, Visitor Policy, & Orthopaedic Urgent Care

As we continue to react to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are committed to providing orthopaedic care to the community while also keeping our patients and staff safe.

University Orthopaedic Surgeons remains dedicated to protecting your health and well-being. Our offices are open and we are performing surgery.

In accordance with CDC guidance and current community levels, masks for patients, visitors, and staff are not required, regardless of vaccination status; however, at our UT Medical Center location, patients are required to check-in at the UT Medical Center's checkpoint. All visitors and patients are to be masked in the building and hallways within the hospital. Patients are then at liberty to remove their masks once in our office setting.

We ask that you still not bring more than one person with you to your visit, and visitors must be age five or older. Everyone will be screened before entering.
