  • “Thanks to my care at UOS, I can walk without pain in my big toe joint. I had bone spur removal surgery and a cartiva implant 8 months ago with Dr. Christine Seaworth. I am thrilled with the results at this point. I had minimal pain during my recovery and I have really good motion in the joint now. Dr. Seaworth is an amazing surgeon, and one of the most caring doctors I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I have recommended her to two of my friends and would tell anyone who needs foot surgery to go see Dr. Seaworth.”

  • “Thanks to my care at UOS, I can...walk without pain in my left ankle. I went on the internet in August and found Dr. Christine Seaworth at the University of Tennessee Medical Center. I called and the receptionist advised me that her doctor would need to check my records to see if I would be a good candidate, so I called my doctor and had them send my records to Knoxville. I figured it would be months before I heard anything. I was very surprised when they called less than a week later and set up an appointment. I saw Dr. Seaworth on August 8th. She put everything in motion and after having a CT scan of my ankle, my surgery took place on September 28th. My new ankle is titanium and polyethylene, and is made to my exact needs. I had suffered for years with not being able to walk or walk with a limp and that caused my back to hurt. I saw Dr. Seaworth today at her Turkey Creek office and I am now a whole person and able to walk without limping. Anyone who has ankle problems should contact DR. CHRISTINE SEAWORTH at UNIVERSITY OF TENNESSEE MEDICAL CENTER IN KNOXVILLE, TENNESSEE or call her office at 1865-546-2663. That's the smartest move I've ever made. And one more thing, THANKS DR. SEAWORTH, YOU ARE THE BEST.”

  • “Thanks to my care at UOS, I can...now go back to exercising almost as I had done before. At least I can start building back up to my previous levels. All of the staff here was very friendly and helpful during my various visits getting boots, cast and assessment of my Achilles tendon issue.”

  • “Thanks to my care at UOS, I can now resume my running. I am a 66 year old male long distance runner. I suffered a split tear in my peroneal tendon, which made it impossible for me to be able to run. After many weeks of hoping it would heal on its own, a MRI confirmed the damage. Dr. Seaworth reviewed the MRI and immediately scheduled surgery. The surgery went very well, despite the damage to the tendon being more severe than the MRI had indicated. Dr. Seaworth was very knowledgeable and professional in our initial meeting and helped assure me that I would be able to get through this injury, surgery and rehab, and would be able to run again. She helped me maintain a positive attitude throughout the entire time post surgery and was very helpful during follow up visits. I would highly recommend Dr. Seaworth to anyone that needs surgery in the foot/ankle area. I had no pain or complications post surgery and am now back to begin ramping up my running schedule again. Thanks to Dr. Seaworth and all at UOS who helped me during this time. I really app reciate it.”

  • “Thanks to my care at UOS, I can now walk without a boot. Which was the goal when I saw Dr. Seaworth for the first time. I spent six weeks in a cast and almost three additional weeks in a boot. I was able to get in to see Dr. Seaworth very soon after my injury. She was a great communicator and very interested in my injury and had genuine empathy with what had happened to me. She explained what the situation was and what the plan of care would be for this injury. I explained that I hoped that I would be able to make my trip to Italy the middle of October. She said we will work towards that goal. University Orthopaedics should be happy to have a Doctor of her caliber. I give her a 10+ as a person who really cared about me and my reason for being at UOS. She also had a great sense of humor which I loved. Kudos to you and your staff for such good care. I am now without a boot and watching carefully where I place my foot. Many thanks!”

  • “Thanks to the excellent care at UOS, I can now walk with confidence during my upcoming trip to China. Great Wall of China, here I come. Dr. Seaworth and her staff gave me a timely appointment, after what we believed might be a stress fracture on the top of my right foot. I was super looking forward to walking the Great Wall in China a few days from now. After a couple of well-timed visits, it's clear it's not a stress fracture but arthritis, that can be managed during the trip (and after). I really appreciated Dr. Seaworth's timely consultations and suggestions for handling the issue. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Seaworth and her staff at UOS. Thanks you so much.”
