Christine M. Seaworth, M.D.
Originally from San Antonio, Texas, Dr. Christine Seaworth began private practice at University Orthopedic Surgeons in 2013. She grew up spending much of her time in the hospital with her father, a cardiologist, and mother, an infectious disease physician. Her previous career was that of a civil engineer, which carries over into her practice today in understanding how the body’s musculoskeletal system is built and helping people restore function in their joints and muscles.
Dr. Seaworth is fellowship-trained in both foot and ankle surgery. She specializes in many conditions of the foot and ankle, including arthritis, sports injuries, Achilles injuries, bunions, deformity correction, osteochondral lesions of the talus, and fractures all related to the foot and ankle.
Dr. Seaworth is excited to call Knoxville home and cheer on The University of Tennessee Vols! She enjoys hiking with her dog in the Smokies and discovering new restaurants in the surrounding area.
University Orthopedic Surgeons Provides Free Foot Exams, Shoes, and Socks to the Needy
Dr. Seaworth provided foot exams and distributed shoes as part of the Our Hearts to Your Soles program at Lost Sheep Ministries' Under the Bridge event on Wednesday, December 2.
Dr. Seaworth, a foot and ankle specialist with University Orthopedic Surgeons, and staff from UOS worked to help the homeless and needy get a good pair of shoes this winter by providing approximately 300 pairs of shoes and 500 pairs of socks to the homeless.
Our offices will be closed on Monday, May 27th for Memorial Day.x
